Itinerary description
Recorded only the way back from just north of Donkey Beach to Gros Islet.
We started this walk from Cas en Bas beach, where we were dropped of (near the Cotton Bay resort) by our bus driver. If you take the 1A bus from Castries to Gros Islet, you can ask them to bring you all the way to Cas en Bas for an additional fee (we payed EC 20 for a party of 2).
The route from the beach into nature is really stunning, very quiet route with very few other hikers around. Beautiful views of cliffs. We walked here several times and tried to find a loop, but many of the tracks are overgrown now so we ended up doubling back.
The walk back from Cas en Bas to Gros Islet is a bit dull, you can take a small shortcut through the golf course about halfway.
