Doi Inthanon is the highest mountain in Thailand with its 2565 m. In this short ring of less than 4 km with acceptable differences in height compared to those we are used to, the first thing that stands out to our attention is that the tropical climate doesn't make you seem to be that high. Temperature around 17 C (7 November) but high humidity. You sweat. The ring develops, which is unimaginable for us Europeans, inside a highland jungle with ferns, a kind of paleo which however is not, trees of all kinds. The Mushrooms that we encounter are practically alien to us. You walk for an hour on a practicable path with suitable shoes, even low ones
