Itinerary description
Dogosan is a 485 m peak near Asan in Dogo-myeon, Sijeon-ri. This is about 40 km SW of Pyeongtaek. There is a parking area with a restroom next to the entrance of the Dogo middle school. The trailhead is 1 km East of the Dogo train station and there is a bus stop right at the trailhead. The hike is only 5.8 km round trip, but it is fairly steep as it gains about 440 m over 2.9 km. The trail is in the woods making it a little cooler on a hot day.
