Itinerary description

Starting at the doctor's point parking at LOW TIDE we walked past the Caves and to the end of the beach then climbed over the 'neck' of the promontory to reach the next beach for another rgorgeous walk. We did see a penguin. Elevation gain is nominal. Listed as 179m which is way off.
