Itinerary description
Beautiful easy and eye stunning trekking along the slope of a valley in Cajón del Maipo leading to a tiny waterfall.
Starting a few hundred meters after El Toyo village in Cajón del Maipo you leave the asphalted road to the right and follow a earth road. Let the car about 100 m before the end of this road. Here the trail starts going up following painted white stones. After some ascend the path gets more flat ascending. After a few kilometres you need to cross the river to the other side and keep left until you hear the small waterfall where you can descend (be careful, it’s a bit slippery!) Here you can rest and get energy for the way back, you can do the same way or at some point descend to the river and walk down inside the valley.
