Independent proposal to promote hiking, mountaineering, tourism and different outdoor activities around the planet...

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wikiloc is a terrestrial navigation tool that helps us orient ourselves by recording our journey digitally in a "GPS" global positioning system. It is recommended to have basic knowledge, practice location, orientation and navigation with analog instruments that do not depend on batteries, such as compass, altimeter among others, it is important to physically carry a map of the area to be traveled, locating escape routes, trails and nearby roads in case of loss. It is important to pay attention to signs such as cute, stone on stone, slats on the trails, have common sense to resolve situations out of control, carry a flashlight with new batteries in your backpack, thermal blanket, personal first aid kit with painkillers, extra energy, as well how powdered electrolytes, a filter to clean the cloudy water that can be found and drink in case of ending the liquid reserves.
Having the route on the mobile or GPS does not guarantee that we will not get lost; but it can help us find the way again.
In case of an accident or loss, it is recommended to immediately involve the corresponding authorities by calling 911 or having the local Civil Protection telephone numbers of each entity, in case of not having a telephone signal in the area, prepare yourself physically and psychologically to return or separate from the group in search of help and return to the site, do not try to solve it alone, there are serious risks and sometimes the loss of life.
Try to notify relatives or acquaintances where we will go, with whom we will go, with the main details of the journey and itinerary before venturing out.

Very cold and with temperatures below 0 degrees at 4340 masl we woke up in one of the lodges in Dingboche Nepal, we packed the luggage in the backpacks, we went to the restaurant to enjoy a hot breakfast, here we met a Romanian couple, she talked and understood our language, she tells us that she has visited Mexico, that she visited our city Guadalajara and some tourist places in the surroundings, her boyfriend is a firefighter by profession in Romania, he does not speak Spanish, they had a similar itinerary to ours, they were also carrying out the solo journey without guides or porters, at the end of breakfast we had a long after-dinner chat regardless of the weather, we had to continue on our way, they would stay another day in Dingboche, we captured the image for memory and the person in charge of the The young Nepali Mingma Tenjin Sherpa, when talking to him, shared his great experiences on the great Chomolunga mountain, reaching the summit of the highest mountain in the world seven times…. wow!!! We couldn't believe it!!! Time passed and we were excited in the conversation, we completely forgot to continue our journey, what a great satisfaction I felt when I met Mingma Tenjin Sherpa in person, a great professional mountaineer, he gave me a review written down with his fist, his handwriting and his Nepali language in my notebook where he wrote down relevant information about the adventures, wow what a great detail, we captured the image for the memory we said goodbye grateful for the excellent service, everything ready and put the backpack to continue the trip, this day we started walking very late, but no matter the emotion, this delay in the itinerary was overcome, in Dingboche it was snowy, the sun was strong without mercy, the cold wind was tolerated with the thermal equipment, the landscapes on the route are impressive, we walked slowly, when we reached the memorial a place where several mountaineers who left their mark on this great mountain are remembered, a place highly respected by all adventurers, here we rested for a few minutes, this journey was heavy due to the altitude, body fatigue prevented us from moving forward and we took Deciding to spend the night in Thukla, we proceed to enjoy hot food and drinks, then sleep to rest. This route is an essential part of the training for the EBC-2023 project
