Day 13
Trekking carried out in October - November 2019 with Javier Aznar and our guide Janga.
This morning when we woke up Janga had died.
According to the doctors at the Pheriche hospital, we cannot know why.
He was 46 years old and had 4 children.
With the satellite phone of the hospital doctors we managed to contact the consulate in Katkmandu. A real disaster, they don't get on, they don't speak Spanish, they don't tell you what to do ... a real shame.
Here everything works with Watsapp and the consulate does not have.
Finally, with the help of our friend Debendra from the Mitho Chao Kitchen in Kathmandu who speaks Spanish, we managed to organize a helicopter to transport the police to carry out the removal of the corpse and take the mortal remains to the hospital in the valley for an autopsy.

An experience that I do not wish on anyone. Without consular support, without being clear about the rules of the game, a desperate family calling you on the phone. A country without infrastructure or social security.
You realize the immense difference between being western that we have travel insurance, the insurance of the federation, the RACC ... and the people of the countries that we go on tourism.
Later we have been able to make a collection to help the family.
