Itinerary description

Once you enter through the gate which says private fishing you follow the lake round until you pass over a style. Turn right and go up the field until you come to a gate. Then go left and follow the country road route as listed in my Derry Lough Cycle Loop on wikiloc. You could follow the route I took but it involves climbing over two fences and one gate! Lovely little walking in this area and you could combine it with walk from Ballyhoe to Rahan lakes.
