Itinerary description
Trails from kishwaukee river onto prairie and in oak forested areas. Map of trails attached in photos. Great place for a short walk or a much longer trek. This place gets very wet though in spring or after a big rainstorm. Prime spot for bluebells in mid spring, particularly along the river edge. Moderate difficulty because of the boggy areas.

Path wonders back into the forest after a pretty boggy spot down by the river. Avoid this park after lots of rain, Unless you are prepared to wade.
