Itinerary description
Short public road dead-ends at YMCA Camp (no access). Begin at parking in signed public lot behind restaurant; public restroom; nature info kiosk. Walk along with River, trout fishing; light traffic was fishermen. This was a surprise after passing the Cheesman Trail Head Parking Lot packed with anglers, who must walk in from west.

Road beyond this appears to be private for YMCA public access for fishing is all along the other side of the river but it’s a long walk from the chessman trail head parking lot which is Westerly a couple miles
