Itinerary description

The hike begins at the terminal car park of a forest road.
We quickly cross a hamlet from which we can appreciate the peak constituting the summit of the hike. The climb is through woods where a sign reminds us that we are in the territory of the Slovenian bear. Blejska koca is the opportunity to have a break (no espresso !!!)
We then continue the climb to Debela Pec. Arriving on the ridge, you leave on the left the fork towards Brda to continue towards Debela Pec between cows and marmots. Fantastic view of Triglav, and the Vrata Valley. Our tour then follows the ridge of Debela Pec to Mrezce via Brda, Lipanska vrata and Lipanski vrh. Some passages are equipped with cables. We return to Blejska Koca to find our way back.
Nice outing of fitness before more serious outings like Triglav or Pogacnikov dom.
