Itinerary description
Carrapateira - Vila do Bispo
A mixed walk today between nice view and beaches. The is a couple of steep up and downs where you need hands free to hold on the cliffs when walking up and down. See the graph. The last hill is hard the others are okay. After the last hill it is relative flat and walking on gravel.
Be alert of seacondition at the beaches, if not possible to walk at Amado beach and murracao take circular route the intersect.
I started at 8 in the morning (Sunday) and no restaurants or shops before arriving Vila do Bispo
