Itinerary description
Mix route of climbing, sand dunes and country road. I followed the fisherman’s trail and there was a detour due to erosion which made the trip longer. Last 8 km was 4 km in sand dunes which ended on the parking lot. From there you can take a taxi, or walk the remaking 4 km on asphalt road.
Ps: According to the official website, this part of the fisherman’s trail should be equal hard as day two, but it was different kind of hard to the high climb, the day was in my opinion a lot more hard.

18,5 km with the route from website, but signs are changed and reflecting the tracked route as per October 2022
Restaurants 9,5 km passing thru village Azenha do Mar
North end of beach 4 km before odiceixe taxi avail
