Itinerary description
In the next part of your tour on the Peaks of the Balkans, we have two options to get to the small village of Çerem from Valbona. The first choice is an effortless 11km path that runs beside the river in the valley, mostly on paved roads. The second option is a challenging and lengthy 14km trail that crosses the scenic Prosllopit Pass and briefly crosses into Montenegro and back to Albania after around 1hr walking. It's important to avoid this route in unfavorable weather conditions because some parts are quite exposed.
