Itinerary description
Trek Intro:
We took an unexplored route in Diamer and Ghizer region of GB. Purpose was not only to enjoy the untouched pristine valleys and lakes of the region, but also to open up the trail for fellow nature lovers. During the course of the trip, we trekked for 7 days straight, sometimes 12 hours a day. Despite the difficulty and logistical challenges, the green pristine region was worth every penny spent and every calorie burnt!
Day Intro:
On Day 1, we got off jeep at Kartol Village in Khanbari Nala, north of KKH in Diamer region of Gilgit-Baltistan. From Kartol village we started trekking to beautiful ManiShani Village of GB, where we spent our first night.
