Itinerary description
Day 5 (Ivybridge to Churchwood Valley)
We exit the park early and take advantage of the town to restock in the shops and take a breakfast (the trail passes in the middle of the town).
The rest of the day will be following the Coast to Coast trail (the 2 moors way) up until the sea, via countless pastures and tracks through the fields. Very well marked until Wembury, this is a much easier segment that also boasts wider diversity of landscapes (pastures, forest, estuary, sea) and flowery tracks.
Churchwood Valley is then an excellent spot to enjoy the coast from Newton Ferrers to Plymouth.
