Itinerary description

Circular walk through the forests of the Dardhë or Dardha mountain village (Dardha Scenic trail), in southeastern Albania, near the city of Korcë. It is a short route of 5.70 kilometers and 250 meters of unevenness that, leaving the urban nucleus of the town, goes up to the chapel of San Pedro (Shen Pjetrit; flag 11 on the map) and reaches a rear hill with views, where a telephone antenna is raised.
You descend to the town along a path that crosses a beautiful beech forest (from flags 14 to 17).
There are two fountains on the way (flags 6 and 15) and another couple of fountains already in the town of Dardha.
At the beginning of the route, past the church, on the sidewalk to the right, there is an information poster with a map and details of the route, marked with white, red and white markings, although between flags 7 and 10 it was difficult for us to see them.
In the moors that open up between flags 7 and 9, it is better not to abandon the most obvious path: in our case we went cross-country and there was a little orientation trouble.
To visit the hermitage, in a very cool wooded environment (flag 11), and the top of the hill (flag 13), a round trip is undertaken from the moors of flag 9.
