Route: Dardha - Sinice - Arrez - Dardha
GPS file: dardha-sinice-arrez_gps.gpx
Distance: 15.2 km
Walking time: 4.5 hours
Altitude: 1.070 m (min.) - 1.400 m (max.)

Description:
The trail starts at the central square in Dardha village and takes you to
Sinice through a hilly area flanked with bunkers. For about 1,5 km before
you reach the village of Sinice, there is partly an obvious path available.
But once you make it through, you find the peaceful and picturesque
village Sinica on a river with an impressive church and an abandoned
school. On your way out of Sinice, you pass by a drinking water source with
“the best water in the whole area”, as you are told by the inhabitants. The
ascending path leads you to the valley of Arrez, a village significant for its
wood industry. Refreshments and meals are available in a small crowd of
cafés and an restaurant. From Arrez there is a gravel road that is
ascending to another summit from where the track descends back to
Dardha village again. Optional, you can pass by a natural sulfur spring
before reaching Dardha.
