Route: Dardha - Drenovë

Description:
This transfer hike through the Drenovë National Forest starts from the
village of Dardha and leads to the center of Drenovë in the Korca valley. In
Dardha and Drenovë you can find all basic services like accommodation,
restaurants and bars. The character of the entirely unmarked path is
generally easy. Navigation with a good map or GPS is not too complicated
as the path mainly stays on the bottom of the valleys. There are no food
supplies along the trail but you can find plenty of drinking water from little
streams and fountains. Already close to Drenovë you will pass an
abandoned coal mine which is worth to explore (Waypoint 005). Also count
in some minutes at the very end to discover the artificial water cave at the
village entrance of Drenovë (Waypoint 007).
