Itinerary description
Difficulty Level:
If you have never been hiking in these mountains before, I highly recommend to start with one of other hikes rated "medium" that I shared on wikiloc.
This hike requires good fitness, good balance and some climbing experience is a plus.
The challenges are varied: Drop Offs, Drop Offs Bypasses, Off Paths Passages and several Steep Sleepery Slopes.
For a good part you are on easy flat paths, but often times you are in rather dangerous parts where small rocks fall/roll off under your feet.
Total Time:
We took 4h but we have a lot of experience hiking around here so we progressed rather fast.
Plan at least 5h.
When To Go:
We went around 5.30am in May and finished 4h later, ready for a morning coffee by the beach.
Unless hiking in the winter, I would strongly recommend doing this hike very early in the morning.
Safety:
Wear hiking or running shoes.
Bring at least 2L of water per person.
Bring some snacks (bananas, dates, etc).
Cleanliness:
There was a lot of trash in the Wadi where the hike starts - it is a beautiful wadi if you can manage to ignore the trash - elsewhere it was mostly fine.
Feel free to pick up the trash if you come across any _/\_
