Release 04/13/2019 on the beautiful Gjallica mountain overlooking the town of Kukes.
After letting us drive (found us at the hotel for € 40 round trip) in the village of Brekije, we started the climb.
This is the shortest path but no less strenuous to reach the summit.
Unfortunately too much snow, poor visibility and unfavorable weather conditions forced us to turn back.
The path (not signposted) reveals numerous gorges, streams with waterfalls, and breathtaking views over other headlands, and over the entire valley of the Black Drin river and its tributaries.
Halfway up we discover a plateau with an abandoned shepherd's village where you can take refuge as needed, and there are also 2 water springs.
Path that presents a good gradient. Gaiters are mandatory with snow!
