Itinerary description
The second day of a walk Kannaviou-Stavros-Lysos-Droushia-St Georges(nr Coral Bay.) It could be walked or cycled.
We had intended to take the E4 from Stavros but the signs are misleading and we took the upper road instead of the E4 through the camp site. (See the photo. The road splits at the wooden railing in the centre. For the E4 go left/down. For this route go right/up.) To follow the E4 use: https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/lysos-stavros-e4-30878111
This is a bit longer than the E4 only, as it hugs the hillside, but is higher up so gets good views.
It joins the E4 at the Aftoulina crossroads.
It is officially traffic-free but should be easy to get a bike past the barrier.
We left the E4 to go to a hotel in Lysos but it would be easy to cycle down from there or take a bus to Polis.
A forest road, slightly rough in places .
