Itinerary description
That was unofficial hike in the area between Kato and Pano Akourdhalia. Beautiful hills and gorges with small rivers at the bottom. Many historical places to look at.
This route can be combined with others around like the hike near Kritou Terra (https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/kritou-terra-kremiotis-waterfall-hike-kritou-terra-142763016 ) or the one near Miliou village (https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/anerades-nature-trail-miliou-85325253 ).
TERRAIN: mostly paved or dirt roads with just one mild but long elevation. In general the route can be categorized as easy+.
SEASON: the trail is mostly exposed to the sun, thus cooler weather is preferable.
SIGNS: there are no signs as the trail is unofficial however there are occasional benches and other resting places along the way.
KIDS: fine for kids of any walkable age, just assess the overall distance and elevation.

A very nice trail, a good cardio workout at the beginning, after the church and some beautiful scenery. I think we extended this slightly by walking out of the village
