Itinerary description

On our second day of the SWCP we head down from the Culbone stables to meet the Exmoor cliffs again. Cristina realises she’s forgotten the phone and allows me to enjoy flying around the cliffs for some epic perspectives. There is a slight cloud inversion and when the aun comes out a bit of haze all the way to Lynton.

The view of the cliffs from the Lynmouth lighthouse escarpment are absolutely stunning (the lighthouse detour is not suitable for people afraid of heights and shall only be done in good weather conditions)

We arrive to Lynmouth and despite having a cable car that takes you to Lynton, where our b&b is, we decide to climb to the top through the tiny streets facing the cliffs.

We are late for dinner (7pm without bookings) but managed to do the quintessential British combo of fish and chips from a chippy and take it to the local pub!

What a beautiful second day!!
