Directions from Lodi per Google Maps took me to exit 30 on Hwy 50. Do Not take this route; seemed longer and the route was lots of winding roads. And you have to back track on Hwy 49 from Salmon Falls cutoff road. Better route is Ponderosa exit off of Hwy 50 to Locust to Hwy 49 making a left; trailhead is on the keft.
