Itinerary description
|
The solo hike to the summit of Mrzla Gora (Cold Mountain) of the Kamnik Alps group. The starting point is the car park near the "Slap Rinka" waterfall at the bottom of Logarska Dolina. Well marked path even if I had to leave it higher up because of the snow. For the same reason I decided to stop at the ridge: to reach the beginning of the last piece of the aided / ferrate path that leads to the top I had to cross a steep gully full of snow that was already melting without having adequate equipment. The real height difference remained a little below 1000 m.
