Itinerary description
A good days walk that starts off easy in Panagia, curves around the central Thassos mountain ridge via dirt roads to follow a poorly indicated (red) footpath along the crest in southeastern direction, to descend relatively steeply into the eastern valley to track back to Panagia. This trail does not include the highest peak (Hipserion) as that one can be reached by car anyway.
For those who prefer steep ascends and gentle descends to spare the knees, do it vice versa!
