Itinerary description
This is an easy walk with spectacular views if you have limited time. Starting from the parking area on Summit road just beyond the Sign of the Kiwi Cafe. Find the Crater Rim path and head south for views of the Lyttleton Harbour, Governor Bay on your left and Christchurch and Canyerbury plains on your right. We did an out and back but wish we had the time and water to go further.
