Itinerary description
This gentle coastal walk starts in the picturesque coastal village of Crail close to St Andrews at the Crail Harbour Gallery and Tearoom, which offers great coffees and cakes as well as light savory meals in a historic building with a lovely terrace and garden by the seaside. The walk first makes a loop to the north, following the coastal path until the golf course and returning inland along a minor street (4.5 km).
After returning to Crail you can then continue on the coastal path to the South until Anstruther, passing by some interesting rock formations, the Caiplie Caves. From Anstruther you can take bus 95 back to Crail.
