Itinerary description

Getting across the Mekong is easy, there are ferries at all times and it's just 10k kips. The route follows a peaceful dirt road, vegetation is mostly dry but there are some.rice oaddies below the road in the valley. There are two small sleepy villages along the way but the most beautiful one is unquestionably the 3rd one when getting back to the Mekong with its very typical country houses and its beautiful temple. I rather easily found a boat to get me across to the other side (another 10k kips). After that it was less fun, I walked all the way back but I recommend taking a taxi or a tuk tuk.
