Itinerary description
We did this as a day hike. You can stay at the hut if you book. We had lunch and left our bag there while doing the last push to the summit.
The whole trail is well maintained with a lot of stairs, many made from the rock. Perfect 20c day when we went in late oct, this would be much tougher in the wet.
Took about 2.20 to the hut. 3hrs to the peak and 5.30 total time up and down.
Great to go for a swim on way back nearby at Hoffman's pool.
