A beautiful route to visit two paradisiacal beaches full of coconut trees (Coconut Beach and White Beach).
We start the trail from the Evergreen Bayview Hotel. We go down some narrow stairs that take us to the paved road. We walk about 50 meters along the road towards Port Barton and we will find a narrow path to the right that leads us to the beach of Port Barton. We cross the entire beach to the bottom, where we will cross and ford a river (we will have to get wet up to our ankles). Immediately we will take a detour through the countryside, very narrow and among vegetation that from time to time will have to be pushed aside with our hands. The area is very populated with vegetation with innumerable palm trees which makes it especially pleasant. If it has rained recently, you will have to go through puddles and mud. Nothing happens after you clean them on the beach.
This trail goes back down to the seashore over a small piece of rough trail with some rocks and a blue pipe. It goes by without a problem.
Now we will cross different houses with boats on the shore of people from the area until we reach some mangroves. At that moment, after passing next to the mangrove swamp, we will go up a small slope that immediately connects us with the unpaved road that connects Port Baton with Coconur Beach. We will know about the intersection point by an abandoned bus that stands out and we will go around it, leaving it on the right.
We walk along the unpaved road for about 20 meters and we will arrive at the Coconu Beach entry point, where we will pay the corresponding fee (50 pesos) and access the beach. Before reaching the post where you pay, we could see beautiful views of this beach. It is surrounded by a tight mass of large palm trees. Prepare the camera and start taking pictures with enthusiasm. You have to be careful with coconuts. These, when they feel like it, are dropped from above. That I didn't catch you with a blow to the head...
We follow the entire beach until it is finished (we can take the opportunity to take a bath). We will pass to an area of rocks that separate the two beaches. This section is not difficult, but it is a bit uncomfortable.
Finally we will arrive at White Beach, as beautiful as the first. On this occasion, the beach was totally empty because the beach was "closed". Yes, closed. There were signs indicating it although I kept going until a boy told me that the beach was closed. I really don't understand that closed beach concept. I told him I wanted to go to the end and take some photos and he was fine with it. So I walked all the way along the beach, took photos wildly and started back, undoing everything I had walked.
