Coastal trail - cape schanck to london bridge, 90% of this hike is on the beach or sandy tracks. Which made it difficult to walk.

Do you know if the tide needs to be considered? Wondered if the beach sections would still be accessible during high tide.
Pretty sure you don't have to worry about the tide, we didn't have any trouble with it but at one point we missed the turn to go off the beach and ended up having to climb a cliff to get up to the track 😁 ....lol
