Itinerary description
Not for the faint hearted this one - starting from Clozier village this hike ascends a ridge heading SE and steeply uphill eventually joining the new trail cut to the top of Mt Granby. It's worth going the short distance to the top before descending the new trail. BEWARE the ridge ascent is hard work, the trail slippery and in one place very exposed where you have to climb up a rock sticking up through the vegetation. The descent is much easier but is nearly always slippery near the top where steps have not been cut into the earth.
