Itinerary description
Started at Clingmans Dome took AT to Newfound Gap ... Meigs Post on the way. Started at Clingmans Dome ... knew that it would be up to Clingmans but thought it would be all descent once on the AT ... not ... a lot of ascent included in the saddles ... hence difficulty rating.
