Itinerary description
Cerro Otto is a high heel just outside San Carlos de Bariloche. The top of the hill offers very nice views of the surrounding lakes. On top of the hill there is a viewpoint and a restaurant (not good). For lazy people there is a cable car going up the hill, but it's expensive and boring. Instead you walk up the hill via steep trail, go around the main entrance (otherwise they will still make you pay for last 100 meters) and get to the same viewpoint. From there you can follow the cable down (quite a steep descent).
