Itinerary description
The walk-in from the Big Sandy parking to the edge of the Cirque lake below Wolf's Head in the Cirque of the Towers - Wind River Range in Wyoming. The route follows the climbers trail left of Arrowhead lake.
Although camping at Cirque lake is convenient for climbing on Wolf's Head and Pingora, it is a windy, dusty place to camp. Camping lower down seems more pleasant.
