This looks an amazing hike.
Does anyone know if it is possible to complete this circular route in 1 day if you are fit ?
My girlfriend and I are visiting Georgia next week for 9 days. We really only have 1 day to spare, will not be bringing camping equipment ( we live in Saudi !) and know it may be difficult to book accommodation in Roshka at this late stage.
Any advice gratefully received.
Everything is possible, but that doesn't mean i necessarily recommend it. If you can (have done it before) maintain a 3 km steady rhythm for 10 hours, it's certainly doable with a light pack and am early start. You can look at https://www.caucasus-trekking.com/ for more
Also bear in mind that Chaukhi pass id above 3000 m, and the snow may not be fully melted at this time of the year. We were there in late August. You can check/ask on the caucasus trekking fb group for current conditions. Have a great trip!

Beautiful walks done in 10 hours on 2 days for us. We begun by the Sedzele pass and do Chaukhi pass the second day. Hard morally to climb to the pass but beautiful view of the lakes and good descent until Zeta camping for a lunch well-deserved!
