Le sentier "Hoelt R7" fait découvrir sur un sentier de taille moyenne toute la beauté et richesse de la vallée de la basse Sûre on y trouve: une forêt mythique avec des hêtres de grande taille sur le versant Nord, Nord-Est, de la roche calcaire conchylien avec des falaises abruptes, des vignes et pelouses sêches avec une végétation très variée et riche, des vergers et une belle vue sur la vallée de la Sûre.

Selon la légende une femme blanche vit dans une feinte du rocher le plus important de la forêt (Kimmheischen) et apparaît de temps à autre dans le lieu-dit de la Hoelt.

A medium long hiking tour, with all typical landscape elements of the lower Sauer valley: mystic forest with high beech trees on the nothern, nord-eastern hillside, shell limestone rocks, vineyards and dry grassland with high biodiversity and a beautiful viewpoint over the Sauer valley.

Following a legend a white women is living in a crevasse in the limestone rock (Kimmhäischen) and sometimes she appears in the forest. Dear hiker, you should be attentive and open to an unusual encounter.

Abwechslungsreiche Wanderung durch einen verwunschenen Wald mit spektakulären Felsformationen aus Muschelkalk, entlang von Weinbergen und über blühende Orchideenterrassen. Die Wanderung bietet schönste Ausblicke ins Sauerthal.

Der Legende nach wohnt in einem Felsspalt, "Kimmhäischen" genannt, eine weiße Frau, welche manchmal im Gebiet der Hëlt erscheint.
