Itinerary description

Short trek through villages, paddy fields along rocky and sandy beaches. Two crossings of creeks. Good fitting trekking sandals are perfect!

    Very nice landscapes, along the river, then the ocean.
    Some hesitations in the track along the river and south below Regina Cibareno, but in the end we can always find a way to go through :)
    Not really easy to run on the sea shore but nice views.
