Albania. Moderate linear route through the Albanian Alps from Hardedaj, near Theth to Vallbonë.
By bus they bring us to Hardedaj. From here the route climbs quite straight along a path in the middle of the forest. A little further up, in the middle of the forest, we find a place where cool drinks are sold cooled by a jet of running water. With benches to sit and rest from the steep climb.
We continue up where the slope becomes gentler. We arrive at the Qafa e Vallbonës pass, below the peak of Maja Vallbonës, which we climb. We return to the pass and begin the descent in a rather steep first section.
Arriving at the Simone café, we take the opportunity to have lunch and a beer. With renewed strength we arrive at the Emanueli cafe, where the bus that will take us to Vallbonë is waiting. It was all about getting on the bus and a good storm has started. The road goes along the Vallbonë river bed.
The bus leaves them at the door of the hotel where we finish the route.
