Itinerary description

I took a ~1.5 hour bus from Bogotá to Choachí. In Choachí you start hiking up. Especially the start of the hike is steep. After ~10 km you come on the Camino Real, an pre-hispánica path that leads for the next 15 km. This path is an absolute favourite of mine. The last ~15 km is walking on an asphalt road that leads you back to Bogotá. You could get a taxi from here back to Bogotá.
