Itinerary description
overnighter from a small Pueblo near Chinchero to Tambomachay ruins. We camped near the small lake and started on a small trail that we decided would be too much elevation loss for the time frame, so we skirted a ridge and returned to the obvious Shepard trail to the west of the lake.
