Easy to follow
Scenery
Moderate
Mostly very easy trail to follow, and even if you lose it, the destination is still pretty clear.
We walked up on a very hot day, and there is no shade on the trail, which made it a bit harder, but overall it's not a difficult climb.
Camped by the lake at night and had it all to ourselves. There's a clear spring right by the lake, so easy source of water.
Not the most spectacular hike in Georgia, but definitely worth doing, and nice to go somewhere so quiet.
