he day trek is the most challenging part of this trek. There are no rest houses, lodges, or eateries in between. You will be amazed to pass the strenuous and highest pass of this trek.
The exhilarating trek starts when we move towards the hill, i.e., northwest of the Chhukung village. After crossing the mountain, the trail goes up to the moraine of Nuptse Glacier. The small frozen lakes add beauty to the moraine.
Continuing the trail, we will see the prayer flags, icy lakes around the Khumbu Glacier. Finally, the moment of truth is here. We then take the absolute path down through the Kongma La pass to reach Lobuche.
We will climb the moraine and take north to reach Lobuche.
The day will be pretty exhausting. But the freedom and immense pleasure of trekking will intoxicate you.
