Itinerary description

This entry is about the River Trail (blazed white) and the County Line Trail (blazed blue). Neither trail starts at a convent parking area, you must hike a fair portion of the FNST orange blazed trail to connect to either trail. Both the blue and white blazed trails connect to the FNST orange blazed trail. This allows you to do a loop if you so wish. you could start from the Phillips Road parking area, take the blue trail from there up to the FNST Trail. Then head east to a point where you can pickup the River Trail and than following that trail to the blue trail back to the orange trail and then back to the FNST Trail. See my other entries for Charles H Bronson State Forest for more information about the trails I mentioned here. Also, please take nothing but pictures and leave nothing but footprints. Always check the hunting schedule before going into this area. Please also note that on all FNST trails – foot traffic only! Check my website for information about downloading tracks and more pictures - www.tomchoma.com - happy trails to all!
