Itinerary description
If you only have time for one day hike from Jyrgalan this is the best option.
The fantastic 360 degree panoramic views from Char Jon peak are worth the effort of hiking up the last steep pitch. It's possible to see Kazakhstan to the north east, Tian Shan mountains to the South and on a clear day even Issyk Kul on the horizon to the west. Descend down to Turnalu Kol lake. It's possible to swim in the lake, the water is relatively warm.
This gpx route was made during August, when the ground is dry. If you are doing this trek earlier in the summer some sections can be wet and boggy, and you may want to use slightly different routes.
Ignore the time, I ran some sections. For a relaxed hike 6 hours is more normal time.

6 hours is a pretty relaxed pace which is about what I did. Even at the beginning of September. I found some places to be a wet, but nothing that couldn't be avoided. If you don't take all the little breaks I took you can probably finish in 4.5 hours.

A hard slog up to peak but was worth it. I descended following the ridge line to the west which was less steep. I did it in Sept 23 and it was pretty dry.
