Itinerary description
Moderate to Easy two hour loop. Starting at the water treatment buildings (EPAR) near Chãos (parking) Track follows the Chãos Ribeira (dry) through the Vale de Lapa and then after a brief section of road departs to a track becoming a footpath. Signs of Boar (Javali) and other animals. The trail walks the rim of the Chãos valley and ascends to Cumeada, the ruins of a small family hamlet. Entering Cumes, the village, you walk the road and back to the parking spot.
