Itinerary description

Chain Lakes loop starting at Heather Meadows ranger Station climbed over Herman Pass to enjoy views of Baker and Suksan, down past Iceberg Lake and the other lakes in the chain, up and over the snow field to the Ptarmigan Trail, back to Artist Point and down to Heather Meadows on the Wild Goose trail. 10.9 km, 656 m elevation gain, 4:48 hours.
