Itinerary description

3天自虐之行，第二天取水困难，无向导找路，有个别地方有绕道。据此轨迹行走，风险自负。第一天徒步约5小时，第二日约8小时第三日约 12小时，第二日营地如果再往前推，第三日就好些。但是过了草场后，营地水源都不好找。
